Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location.

Delivery Conditions

  • Please ensure that the provided address and phone number are accurate.

  • If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or the customer being unreachable, the shipment may be returned or reattempted.

  • Additional charges may apply for rescheduling delivery.
Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged or incomplete item, report it within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the issue so we can arrange a replacement or solution promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Mattresses or large furniture items that have been unboxed or assembled

Refunds
